Russian Andrei Rublev spoke about defeat in the final doubles match at the Indian Wells tournament.
Rublev played in tandem with compatriot Aslan Karatsev, losing to Australian John Pierce and Slovak Philip Polasek with a score of 3: 6, 6: 7 (5).
– I always like to play here. I want to say a big thank you to our team, a big thank you to Aslan for an amazing week. Now we know that we can play well in pairs. So this is great news for us, – said Rublev.
The 23-year-old tennis player is ranked 6th in the updated ATP ranking of October 18.
