Asobo Studios and Focus Home Interactive have unveiled a new trailer for A Plague Tale: Requiem, the sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence. A video demonstrating the gameplay was shown at the awards ceremony of The Game Awards 2021.
A Plague Tale: Innocence was released in May 2019. This is a third-person action adventure game with stealth elements. Its plot is dedicated to Patricia and Hugo – children of an influential French family who were killed by church ministers. Innocence is set in plague-ridden 13th century France.
The release of A Plague Tale: Requiem is scheduled for 2022 – the game continues the story of Patricia and Hugo. The title will add to the library of the Xbox Game Pass service from the date of release.
