Rachel Wakley Rachel Wakley:

“When it comes to new content, we have two big releases, a movie and a game, that are sure to generate incredible fan buzz. The first is Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, which is slated to premiere in the UK on 8 April 2022. Of course, the third part will become a favorite among the fans of the universe. The second major release in 2022 is Hogwarts Legacy, a new game for consoles. We recognize that gaming is a critical part of the market and we want to be a part of it. From what we see, the game will be worth the wait and will bring fans an absolutely unique experience of immersion in the universe. “

The premiere of the third part of “Fantastic Beasts” in Russia will take place on April 7, that is, a day earlier than in the UK. The exact release date for Hogwarts Legacy has yet to be revealed. The release was originally scheduled for 2021, but has been pushed back to 2022.

The Hogwarts Legacy is known to take place in the 19th century, long before the story arc described in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter books. It was previously stated that the game will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.

Earlier, Bloomberg editor Jason Schreier said that in Hogwarts Legacy it will be possible to create a transgender character – the appearance of the hero will not be related to his voice and how other NPCs refer to him, so users will be able to choose any options. According to him, initially Warner Bros. did not welcome such customization, but later agreed to the inclusiveness of the character editor.
