After completing the arrival of Joris Gnagnon, the 'ASSE broadcast the name of his second winter recruit. The Saint-Etienne club has formalized the return of Bakary Sako , trained within the Saint-Etienne club and free since his departure from Pafos FC in July 2020. Aged 33, the striker joined ASSE until 'at the end of the season. As the formation specifies in its press release, Sako , who trained with the first team last November, convinced by “his qualities and his motivation intact almost ten years after his departure”. After signing his contract with ASSE, Bakary Sako delivered his impressions. “I am very proud to find the club which revealed me. To come back here, almost ten years later, is something great. I arrive with only one mission: to save the club. I am not alone for this. There are good elements in the team and some triggering events will allow us to get out of this complicated situation ”confided the striker in comments reported by the club's official website.
