The sales process of ASSE runs its course … without Norodom Ravichak. And yet, the Prince of Cambodia has long been presented as the favorite for the takeover of the Forez club. Bearer of an ambitious project based on Chinese funds, the Cambodian has aroused so many hopes and suspicions. Moreover, he was ultimately excluded from this process after being accused of having transmitted false documents concerning his bank guarantee. But Norodom Ravichak claims to have sent two great takeover offers, including one for around 100M € in total. “I sent two offers. The first, of 30M €, in June. Refused. Then nothing. The second, of € 60M, plus € 40M to be injected immediately into the club's assets, subject to the study of the data room (the room containing all the club's accounting data). The date of the second offer? Just after sending the bank guarantee of 100 M € from Deutsche Bank (September 13) ”, assures the Prince of Cambodia in an interview with L'Equipe.
