Executive President of ASSE, Jean-François Soucasse spoke out on the sale of ASSE and confirms that everything will be clearer on November 23.
Launched several months ago, the sale process of ASSE is accelerating. And for good reason, KPMG , the audit firm mandated to analyze all the applications, had set a deadline for transmitting the takeover offers to Monday. And several projects would be in the running since KPMG confirmed having received proposals. “Anxious to see the file move forward, the shareholders gave KPMG the deadline of November 23 to complete its investigations and give its final conclusions on the quality of the files”, explained a press release published by the communication company of Patrick Oak Tuesday. A trend confirmed by Jean-François Soucasse , executive president of the ASSE .
“As of November 23, offers will be offered”
“There were offers, yes. For the rest, I am bound by secrecy. The scenarios are simple, as of November 23, offers will be proposed, if they are accepted by the shareholders, we will welcome the future buyer and his project in the best conditions, I will assume this transition. If this is not the case, I work on a hypothesis where there is no buyer who arrives. The date of November 23 still makes it possible to have a buyer arriving before the winter transfer window, ”he says in an interview with France Bleu.
