The Blaugrana side would like to welcome the England international in the form of a buyout loan. But according to the Catalan press, Pep Guardiola could demand an exchange at FC Barcelona . According to information from El Nacional, Manchester City would like to make an exchange. Originally, Pep Guardiola wanted to enlist the services of Frenkie de Jong , but Joan Laporta vetoed it. The Spanish technician would then have turned to Ousmane Dembélé .
