With the departure of Antoine Griezmann in the last hours of the summer transfer window, FC Barcelona had decided to go look for Luuk de Jong. Advised by Ronald Koeman , the Catalan club had thus obtained the loan of the Dutchman, who arrived from Sevilla FC . But today, it is clear that Barça was wrong with De Jong , who multiplies the disappointments when he is on the pitch. So a departure could already be on the agenda in January. But we still have to find a taker… Faced with the poor performance of Luuk de Jong , FC Barcelona could therefore, according to some, seek to get rid of the Dutchman in January. But while Sevilla FC does not want to break the loan with Barça, a solution must be sought elsewhere for the Blaugrana. And while this one could have been on the side of Besiktas , it will not be the case. As explained by Mundo Deportivo, if the Istanbul club were interested in De Jong this summer, that would not be the case anymore. Barcelona should continue to have Luuk de Jong on their hands.
