The next few days and hours will be crucial for the future of FC Barcelona . On Wednesday, RAC1 announced that Rafa Yuste and Mateu Alemany boarded a plane from El Prat airport, bound for Qatar. There, the vice-president and executive director of Barça are expected to meet Xavi, playing a league game with his Al Sadd team … which may well be his last! The former midfielder could indeed be on the bench of FC Barcelona from the next day of La Liga, for the trip to the lawn of Celta Vigo. Not the slightest trace of Joan Laporta at El Prat airport, which could well create some problems. La Cadena SER points out that Florentino Pérez personally took care of the return of Carlo Ancelotti to Real Madrid and the fact that Laporta did not move for Xavi, would be a strong clue. The relationship between the two men could indeed tip this issue in one direction or the other, knowing that Xavi was not the first choice of the president of Barça during the elections last March.
