Currently, a delegation of FC Barcelona is in Qatar. Negotiations have been taking place between the Blaugrana and Al Sadd club for several hours.to try to reach an agreement to allow the return of Xavi to Catalonia. If the Qataris are keen on their coach, the discussions would however move in the right direction and in Spain, it is certain that Xavi will be announced in the coming hours by Barça. The deal would therefore be imminent, although Al Sadd would have some requests. Xavi is therefore currently under contract with Al Sadd and to agree to release their trainer , the Qataris would have made certain requests to FC Barcelona . And according to information from Gerard Romero , the Gamper Trophy would be one of these claims. As explained by the Spanish journalist, Al Sadd would like to play in the Gamper Trophy in the future against FC Barcelona .
