Things are happening more than ever behind the scenes for Philippe Coutinho ! The Brazilian attacking midfielder of FC Barcelona , who is announced more than ever on the start, is said to be in advanced talks with Aston Villa as part of a loan arrival this winter. Steven Gerrard , his former teammate at Liverpool and now coach of the English club, would be very close to winning the bet with Coutinho . But nothing seems to have been confirmed yet for the Barça player… According to Sky Sports, other Premier League teams such as Newcastle , Arsenal and Tottenham still have their sights set on Philippe Coutinho and could therefore try to derail his arrival at Aston Villa .
