FC Barcelona could manage to retain Frenkie de Jong, thanks to his new coach Xavi Hernandez, while PSG have their sights set on the Netherlands international.
Like the winter transfer window 2019 during which the Dutchman agreed with FC Barcelona for a transfer the following summer , PSG would keep a close eye on the situation of Frenkie de Jong.
