The arrival of the Porto player would however be far from being so obvious. For the start of this second part of the season, Liverpool will not be able to count on Sadio Mané nor Mohamed Salah, who flew to the Africa Cup of Nations (from January 9 to February 6). As a result, the Reds could well recruit on the transfer market to compensate for these absences. Thus, as revealed by the Sun, the Premier League club would be ready to take action for Luis Diaz , in form with FC Porto this season (14 goals and 5 assists in 24 games in all competitions).
