Nevertheless, an appointment would already be made for a future extension. Regularly used by Jorge Sampaoli at OM, Bamba Dieng was not however remunerated at fair value. His contract recently assured him € 4,000 per month. Pablo Longoria then activated to remedy this. Thus, this Friday, the news was announced by the OM : Dieng initialed a new contract with the Marseille club. But as explained by RMC, this would only relate to the revaluation of the Senegalese's salary and not to the duration, which always remains the same, ie until 2024. Bamba Dieng therefore remains under contract with OM until 2024. However, an extension could well occur in the months to come. According to information from RMC, the appointment has already been made for the Senegalese. Thus, at the end of the end of the season, a point will be made with Pablo Longoria concerning this possible new contract, but also a new salary increase. It will all depend on how Jorge Sampaoli striker performs in the second half of the season.
