As the opening of the winter transfer window approaches, Pablo Longoria is active behind the scenes. And although the priority is to sell, the arrival of a midfielder is not to be excluded from the OM side.

The winter transfer window will open on January 1 and Jorge Sampaoli has already shown its willingness to see reinforcements land. “Regarding the transfer window, the president knows what I think, we will see what he can do to improve what we have, otherwise we will try to grow with what we have”, confided the coach of OM after the draw against Reims (1-1) on Wednesday evening. With this in mind, a first post would be targeted by Pablo Longoria .

OM want an environment this winter

Indeed, according to information from RMC Sport, OM could be looking for a reinforcement in the midfield. And for good reason, Pape Gueye will play the CAN with the Senegalese selection while the departure of Boubacar Kamara cannot be ruled out given his contractual situation. Consequently, Jorge Sampaoli could be deprived of two players in this sector of play and Pablo Longoria could therefore try to recruit a midfielder during the month of January. But for that, it will probably be necessary to start by degreasing.
