The Argentinian is in difficulty at Elche , where he is loaned with an option to buy by Marseille . Since mid-October, the 31-year-old striker has not started in Liga and did not even come into play in the last game of the Spanish team on Monday. On the Argentina side, Boca Juniors would push behind the scenes to repatriate Dario Benedetto , who wore the Xeneizes jersey between 2016 and 2019.
Boca Juniors wants Benedetto on loan
According to information from TyC Sports, Boca Juniors would like to recruit Dario Benedetto under in the form of a loan, for a period of one year or 18 months. Thus, the Argentine could be loaned until the end of his contract with OM , which expires in 2023. However, the Marseille club would in no case want to see Dario Benedetto freely leave Marseille next year. Negotiations would then continue between the various parties, who would nevertheless remain optimistic to complete this operation.
