A purchase option was included in the transaction and its amount has just been revealed. Yet indisputable under André Villas-Boas , Jordan Amavi quickly lost his starting place after the arrival of Jorge Sampaoli on the bench of OM . Since the start of the season, the left side no longer seemed to fit into the plans of the Argentine technician (only 213 minutes played in 4 games in all competitions). Thus, Jordan Amavi found a way out this winter to be able to regain playing time and was loaned to OGC Nice , his training club. A purchase option was also included in the transaction. According to information from L'Equipe , the amount of the Jordan Amavi call option would amount to € 5 million. Thus, Pablo Longoria could well recover a nice sum of money if OGC Nice decides to keep the left side of 27 years at the end of the season. It remains to be seen if the French side will succeed in convincing the Nice leaders by next June. To be continued.
