Leonardo is said to be actively negotiating with Juventus to find common ground for Mauro Icardi, who seems increasingly close to leaving Paris Saint-Germain.
Will we still see Mauro Icardi at Paris Saint-Germain on February 1st? Unsuccessful this season, the forward finds himself back on the market, although Leonardo does not seem to want to sell him off. The Italian press ensures that contacts would multiply between PSG and Juventus, who had already approached Icardi this summer and who could lose Alvaro Morata this winter. The Bianconeri would however have laid the foundations and would only want a dry loan from the Argentinian until the end of the season, which would not be at all to the taste of Leonardo, who would like to ensure a certain amount at PSG.

We must not forget that Mauro Icardi is the only real number 9 on which Mauricio Pochettino can currently count! Even though he hasn't been decisive in the past six months, he remains an important player for the rotation and his departure could therefore create a hole in the Paris Saint-Germain squad. Thus, Le Parisien announces this Tuesday that if an agreement is reached with Juventus during this month of January, Leonardo would intend to find a replacement for Icardi.
