Leonardo would have liked everything to be sorted out this summer. During the last transfer window, the sporting director of Paris Saint-Germain had several opportunities to sell Mauro Icardi, especially with Juventus who is looking for a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. The striker however took everyone by surprise by refusing the offers that arrived on his desk and therefore remain at PSG, despite the arrival of Lionel Messi from FC Barcelona . A bet that did not prove to be a winner, since Icardi's situation has not changed and a departure is once again relevant, just a few weeks before the start of the winter transfer window. According to information from Il Corriere della Sera, Mauro Icardi would have really had a click in this first part of the season. While his intention was to continue at Paris Saint-Germain only a few months ago, he would now be convinced that a departure is the only possible solution to relaunch his career. Just like this summer, Juventus seems to be there, with the Italian press already evoking a six-month loan for the number 9 of PSG.
