Loaned by Real Madrid to AS Roma, Borja Mayoral plays little under the orders of José Mourinho. The Spanish center-forward is reportedly looking for a way out this winter.
In order to save playing time, Borja Mayoral has been loaned for two years to AS Roma by Real Madrid in the summer of 2020. After a successful first season for Giallorossi with 17 goals in 47 games, the Spaniard hasn't played much since the arrival of José Mourinho on the Roman bench. Indeed, Borja Mayoral has made just six small appearances in all competitions for AS Roma this season, accumulating just 92 minutes on the pitch. Therefore, the 24-year-old striker would like a change of scenery as soon as the winter transfer window.
Borja Mayoral wants to play with Vlahovic at Fiorentina
According to information from La Nazione, Borja Mayoral would count on leaving AS Roma as of next January. While Crystal Palace and Fiorentina would be on the spot, the Spaniard would have a preference for the Viola. Borja Mayoral would indeed like to evolve alongside Dusan Vlahovic , for whom the striker belonging to Real Madrid would have great admiration. To sell Mayoral , Florentino Pérez would claim 15M € in the form of a dry transfer and would not want a new loan.
