“Philadelphia” on its official website announced the resignation of head coach Alain Vigno and his assistant Michel Terrien.
Mike Yeoh has been named interim head coach of the Flyers. He will play his first match at the new club on December 7 against Colorado.
Philadelphia with 20 points occupies 12th place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Flyers were beaten 1-7 by Tampa on Monday, extending their losing streak to eight games.
