Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby talked about how long it will take to recover from wrist surgery.
We will remind, 34-year-old Crosby successfully underwent surgery on September 8.
– This is not quite a usual operation for hockey. I can't say that I know 10-15 people who have already done it, and I understand well how long it takes to recover. I think it's about six weeks. Maybe less. Maybe more. I have no clear idea of this.
Operation is always a last resort. The last thing I wanted to do was miss matches, but I don't think the recovery will take long. If I miss the matches, then only at the beginning , – said Crosby.
In the last season of the NHL regular season, Crosby took part in 55 games, in which he scored 24 goals and made 38 assists.
