Slitterhead Announced – A New Game From The Creator Of The Original Silent Hill

Bokeh Game Studio introduced Slitterhead, Keiichiro Toyama's first game since the studio was founded. The announcement took place at The Game Awards 2021.

The studio has announced the development of a horror-action game, but has not previously announced an official name. This is the first public demonstration of the title. It is known that the music for the game is written by Akira Yamaoka – the composer of most of the titles in the Silent Hill series.

In recent years, Toyama has worked for Sony Interactive Entertainment. At the end of 2020, he left the company and founded his own studio to re-engage in the creation of horror movies. Following him, several more titled developers left Sony Japan Studio, and in March SIE announced the disbandment of the division.
