The Capcom Arcade Stadium collection of emulators has become the eighth peak online game on Steam of all time. According to the portal SteamDB, on November 30, 489 thousand people played it simultaneously. On the indicated days, the collection lost only to Dota 2 and CS: GO.
According to the founder of SteamDB Pavel Dyundik, the sharp rise in popularity of Capcom Arcade Stadium is due to the influx of bots. Trading cards were recently added to the game, and it was their farming that caused the high peak online. For a similar reason, Life is Strange 2 is in the top 10.
Capcom Arcade Stadium is a collection of emulators of games from classic arcade machines. Only 1943: The Battle of Midway is available for free in it, the rest of the titles must be purchased separately. At release, the peak online emulator was 240 people, and the rest of the time – several dozen.
