Final Fantasy XIV developers postponed the release of the Endwalker expansion

Square Enix has postponed the release date for Final Fantasy XIV's Endwalker expansion. The update was originally scheduled for November 23rd, but will now only be available on December 3rd for pre-order users and December 7th for other players.

Final Fantasy XIV main producer Naoki Yoshida said the move was due to a desire to improve the quality of the Endwalker expansion. He noted that the update will be the largest in the history of the game. At the same time, Yoshida said that the development of the patch is going according to plan.

Along with the news of the transfer, Square Enix unveiled the Endwalker release trailer. It features footage from the upcoming expansion for Final Fantasy XIV.
