First DLC for Jurassic World Evolution 2 announced

The Frontier Developments studio has presented the Early Cretaceous Pack for Jurassic World Evolution 2 – it will add four creatures of the early Cretaceous period to the game. The DLC description has been posted to the official community on Steam.

The composition of the Early Cretaceous Pack for Jurassic World Evolution 2:

  • The Kronosaurus is a predatory marine reptile that uses powerful paddle-like fins to quickly catch prey.
  • Jungaripter is a small but sturdy pterosaur that is easily recognizable by its characteristic ridge on its head and a long, curved jaw.
  • Minmi is a small, tank-like dinosaur from the ankylosaurus family. Unlike other ankylosaurids, its horizontal bony plates stretch on both sides of the back, reliably protecting minmi from predators.
  • Wuerosaurus is a stegosaurid that sits close to the ground and feeds on plants, and its spiny tail helps it defend against predators.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 was released on November 9th. The game was released on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. The average rating for a title on the review aggregator Metacritic is 79 out of 100 from the press and 7.2 out of 10 from users. The Early Cretaceous Pack is scheduled for release on December 9th.
