While Claude Puel seems closer than ever to the exit, ASSE has already chosen his successor in the person of Pascal Dupraz.
Led by two goals Friday night during of the match against Angers, the ASSE finally managed to snatch a draw in stoppage time thanks to a goal scored in the last seconds by Mickaël Nade . A goal that seems to have offered an unexpected reprieve to Claude Puel , the coach of the Greens, since his team is at its worst at the last place in the championship. L'Equipe indeed announces in its columns on Sunday that < strong> Roland Romeyer would have already planned everything to replace Claude Puel on the bench of ASSE and would have chosen his worthy successor: Pascal Dupraz . The latter, a big fan of the Saint-Etienne club, is a profile very appreciated by Romeyer as well as by Jean-François Soucasse , executive president of ASSE , who knows him very well having worked alongside him in Toulouse.
