After having formalized his departure on loan with option to buy OM to OGC Nice, Jordan Amavi slipped a last word to the Marseille club.
It's official since Wednesday evening: Jordan Amavi (27 years old) has left OM ! The French left-back, who had been one of the first great figures of the McCourt era with his arrival in the summer of 2017 from Aston Villa , n 'was not at all in the plans of Jorge Sampaoli and was therefore loaned to OGC Nice , its training club, with a purchase option which would be set at € 5m for next summer. And even if he left OM through the back door, Amavi does not seem to hold a grudge…

Indeed, in response to the Twitter post of OM formalizing the departure of Jordan Amavi for OGC Nice , the left side sent a message to the Marseille club: “Thank you! Have a good end of the season ”, slipped Amavi to OM , while he will however find himself competing in Ligue 1 with his former teammates in the fight for a place in the Champions League, the Marseille club being currently 3rd and OGC Nice 2nd with the same number of points.
