Having swapped FC Barcelona's Blaugrana tunic for OM's Marseille, Konrad de la Fuente underlined the positive of his choice to leave Barça for Olympique Marseille this summer. Author of a great start to the season with two assists, the first against Montpellier and the second during the reception of the ASSE last August, Konrad from Fuente quickly adapted to OM after never really having had a chance at FC Barcelona . Enough to encourage him to permanently leave his training club for OM in the offseason where he has a series of appearances in the Marseille jersey. Asked to comment on his decision, Konrad de la Fuente easily justified this choice which was logical as evidenced by his playing time since the start of the season. “It was I who decided to leave, for six months I had been talking about it with my representatives, being realistic, it was going to be difficult to have interesting playing time in the first team. I don't know what (Ronald) Koeman thought of me. I spent last season with them, but I hardly played (3 appearances with the first team in all competitions, note).
