Announced leaving for Fiorentina, Jonathan Ikoné should see his transfer to the Serie A resident prove to be more expensive than expected. And that should be great news for PSG.

This winter, LOSC should part ways with Jonathan Ikoné. An agreement between the reigning French champion and Fiorentina would have been found according to what has been announced a few days ago. Nicolo Schira revealed on his Twitter account that the amount of the transaction should reach € 14M with € 1M in bonus. In addition, LOSC is expected to receive 20% of the 23-year-old's future resale. However, the transfer should ultimately prove to be much more expensive and that should be good news for PSG .

PSG will receive part of the transfer amount from Jonathan Ikoné

According to information from Foot Mercato, the transfer fee for Jonathan Ikoné should be 21M €. But the LOSC should only receive half of that amount. Indeed, when PSG , the 23-year-old's training club, sold the French international to the Mastiffs in 2018, the Parisian leaders negotiated a resale percentage of 50% in the transfer. The departure of Jonathan Ikoné to Fiorentina should therefore allow the current leader of Ligue 1 to touch € 10.5 million this winter.
