Pharmaceutical company Pfizer has performed a virtual vaccination of players in GTA Online. A campaign aimed at popularizing vaccinations against coronavirus took place on the Brazilian role-playing server Cidade Alta.
The server administration and Pfizer have placed a vaccination point in the game. Players whose characters were vaccinated against COVID-19 received cosmetic items as a gift: themed clothing and a tattoo that mimics a patch with a logo. In addition, the organizers invited several popular streamers and bloggers in Brazil.
Earlier on the network, there were rumors that Rockstar Games studio sent additional resources to finalize and fix bugs in GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition. Nearly all of the core staff are dedicated to improving the remaster trilogy, according to sources. Due to this, the release schedule for updates for GTA Online and Red Dead Online may change.
