Valve has shown the packaging for the portable Steam Deck to be shipped to customers. Photos have been posted to the official Steam community.
The Steam Deck will be packaged in a simple cardboard box with almost no images on it. Warning icons are an exception. On the inside, in different languages, there are written places where a portable console can come in handy – in the toilet, in the country, in the subway, etc. The set, in addition to the Steam Deck, will include a power supply and a case.
Valve had previously pushed back the first Steam Deck shipments to February 2022 due to a shortage of materials needed to manufacture components. In addition, the company has unveiled the specifications of the AMD Aerith processor that will power the portable console.
