Columbus have returned striker Yegor Chinakhov from the AHL. Earlier, the 20-year-old Russian was transferred to the Cleveland Monsters.

Last season, Chinakhov played 53 matches for the main squad of Avangard, earning 24 (15 + 9) points. The player could have extended his contract with the KHL club, but chose to move overseas.
