And the trend is confirmed since according to information from Peuple-Vert, KPMG, the audit firm in charge of sorting out the candidates , will study the offers from Monday. Candidates who will have officially positioned themselves for the takeover of ASSE will therefore have to submit all their documents in order to prove the soundness of their project, but also to prove the viability of the origin of the funds. The aim is always to complete the sale before the end of the year so that the new owners can have the opportunity to reinforce the workforce during the winter transfer window.
