An expanded version of The Stanley Parable, subtitled Ultra Deluxe, will be released in early 2022 on PC and “your favorite consoles”. The developers from the studio Crows Crows Crows announced this in a new trailer.
In the video, the authors of The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe joked about repeated title transfers. They speculated about what it means to be a developer. It turns out that the main occupation of the creators of video games is to blatantly lie about the dates of their releases.
The Stanley Parable was released in 2011 as a modification of Half-Life 2. In 2013, it was turned into a standalone game. The average rating for a title on the Metacritic review aggregator is 88 out of 100 from the press and 8 out of 10 from users.
