Xbox CEO Phil Spencer says Psychonauts 2 is the best game of 2021 . He spoke about this as part of the Larry Hrib podcast in honor of the 20th anniversary of the first Xbox console.

“To be honest, Psychonauts 2 is Game of the Year for me. It's fantastic. For me, a Double Fine fan, this is the best project the studio has ever released. “
The release of Psychonauts 2 took place on August 25 on PC, as well as on Xbox and PlayStation consoles. The author of Cybersport.ru Sergey Lampochko Sergienko made a review of the game , in which he noted a good plot and branded humor of the series.
Psychonauts 2 was nominated for The Game Awards. Winners in the various categories will be announced live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, where the show will take place in front of an audience. The ceremony will take place on December 10 at 4:00 Moscow time.
