New Jersey forward Yegor Sharangovich expressed hope that more Belarusian hockey players will appear in the NHL in the near future.
– It is a great honor for me to represent Belarus in the NHL. I am sure that in the near future even more of my compatriots will appear in the league. I am proud that I managed to gain a foothold and I hope that they will follow my example, – said Sharangovich.
Sharangovich is 23 years old, with a total of 55 games in the NHL, in which he scored 31 (16 + 15) points.
