30-year-old Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova moved from 14th to 13th place, repeating her best result in her career.
Lyudmila Samsonova, who reached the semifinals of the tournament in Luxembourg last week, rose from 48th to 44th place.
Czech tennis player Barbora Kreichikova moved up to fifth. Japanese Naomi Osaka dropped to eighth place, while Polish Iga Schwentek finished sixth. Australian Ashley Barty is still in the lead.
